Tilak was founded in the Czech Republic in 1986 as a company that manufactures sleeping bags by climber Roman Kamler.
In 1993, we signed a contract with Gore-tex, and in 2000, under the Tilak brand name, Tilak's apparel line was born.
In 2001, he signed a contract with Elolson Hugh of Acronym, who had a reputation for producing innovative and superior designs than those days.
In recognition of this solid technology, he is also responsible for Czech mountaineering relief units, Czech Mountain Guide Association, and Mountain Rescue Service wear, and also handles the production of apparel lines for Tilak designer Elolson's own brand, Acronym.

The red dots on the hood are believed to be protected by God by applying red dots on the odeco, so "tika" and "Tika" are embroidered in the center of the brim of the hood of Tilak wear.
