[Notes on actual store sales] ※Please be sure to read it.
・On February 26 (Wednesday) on the day of release at the store sales store, a lottery will be held to determine the order in which store entry will be entered.
・It is intended for customers who gather at the information location described in each store during the 15 minutes of each store meeting time.
Please check the set time of each store from the list of sales stores at the bottom.
・After distributing the numbered ticket at the meeting time, a lottery will be started for customers who have the numbered ticket. After the lottery, we will re-order according to the instructions of the staff, and then sell them in order.
・Some stores have different sales methods. (Please check the list of sales outlets.)
・Even at stores where the lottery is held, the sales method may be changed depending on the situation on the day of the release date.
・Available points are limited to 1 point per type (up to 8 points) for all 8 models (8 points of shoes) targeted for Toyokawa (up to 8 points)
・In consideration of the operation at the time of sale, we will not respond to orders from other stores or home delivery services.
・The stock at each store is limited, and the stock is always in stock, so it may be sold out depending on the size. In addition, the expansion size may differ depending on the store and product. Thank you for your understanding. (Some stores have some products that are not available.)
・Because it is a special product, it is not possible to return or exchange products for customer convenience.
・Please note that there is no reservation sale.
・Please note that we cannot accept reservations over the phone or at the store.
・Please note that we cannot provide guidance, introduction, or disclosure of stock status to other stores at all.
・Please refrain from responding to inquiries regarding stock status over the phone.
・Please note that the outer box may be damaged during transportation.
・Due to the method of making shoes, there may be adherence of adhesives and misalignment or distortion of sewing. Please note that it is not a defective product.
・We will try to provide prompt guidance, but there are fittings, so it may take some time to guide you.
・Since it is not on a first-come, first-served basis, please refrain from disturbing the neighborhood, such as lining up from the previous day / midnight.
・For sales, please follow the instructions of the store staff. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, if you inconvenience the neighborhood, or if you have trouble, we may refuse sales or cancel the sale.
