【Notes on actual store sales】 ※Please be sure to read it
・On February 26 (Wednesday), on the day of the release date, a lottery will be held to determine the order of entry to the store.
・For 15 minutes of each store meeting time, we will target customers who gather at the information location indicated by each store.
Please check the collection time of each store from the list of stores at the bottom.
・After distributing the numbered ticket at the meeting time, a lottery will be started for customers who have the numbered ticket. After the lottery, you will be re-arranged according to the instructions of the staff, and will be sold in order after that.
・Some stores have different sales methods. (Please check the list of sales outlets)
・Even at stores where entry lottery is conducted, the sales method may be changed depending on the situation on the day of release date.
・Items that can be sold are limited to 1 point per type for all 8 models (8 shoes) subject to Aikawa target models (up to 8 points)
・In consideration of the operation at the time of sale, we do not respond to orders from other stores or home delivery services.
・The stock of each store is limited, and the stock is always in flux, so it may be sold out depending on the size. In addition, the expansion size may differ depending on the store and product. Thank you for your understanding. (Some stores have products that are not available.)
・Due to special products, it is not possible to return or exchange products for customer convenience.
・Please note that there is no pre-order sales.
・Please note that we do not accept reservations by phone or store.
・Please note that we cannot guide, introduce, or disclose stock status to other stores at all.
・We will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding stock status by telephone, so please refrain from answering.
・Please note that the outer box may be damaged during transportation.
・Depending on the manufacturing method of shoes, there may be adhesion of adhesives or gaps in sewing. Please note that it is not a defective product.
・We will try to provide prompt guidance, but there are fittings, so it may take some time before the guidance is provided.
・Since it is not on a first-come, first-served basis, please refrain from disturbing neighborhoods such as lineing up the day before / midnight.
・For sales, please follow the instructions of the staff of the store. If you are unable to follow the instructions of the staff, may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, or if trouble occurs, we may refuse sales or cancel the sale.
